Every department head just want here to harassed you no one care about the ground level difficulties and you will be the reason for same if work not happen

The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs
