Company culture is horrendous. Too much internal politics happen due to which work gets affected. Incentives are done on the basis of employee relationship with higher management and not on performance.

Good work Environment, our teammates are Supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and also give good bonus every year.

Immediate boss behavior, he did lot of Politics in our team one colleagues to another colleagues, he did lots of thing which I can't describe here. Apart from these no doubt Company is good

...cides how the work culture is, it is always the team you are going to work with. For me, Varun Beverages Ltd is undoubtedly the best company to work for, "apart from salary part", but for my friend working with other team, this company is not good at all. So it's the team which decides your work satisfaction not the company. By the way in over all VBL is a very good company to work for.

Initial salary is too low, however you get descent increment every year.

Incentives are decreased over a period of time, No bonus on Diwali for employees having higher basic pay, Mediclaim Amt Cover is low to cover employee's family, specially Meternity Coverage, at CE's level.

Specially kanpur/unnao wrong geographical divide is the main reason some agencies of kanpur add on in unnao asms are the main culprit here everything asm hand customer executive are just puppet there is very challenging rates different always very in unnao territory hos also involved entire agenda i don't what are the upper management do ?? For these thing abusing language always casteism/community haters asm specially unnao asm only caste politics is the main survival in kanpur/unnao specially
