Salary is on time. Manageable workload

The manager mallesh is such a creep, not at all safe for women, he looks at women with bad eyes, he forces women to travel on bikes for work related travels, does not gives us our travel allowances, tortures team members, does not grants leaves and applies loss of pay if we take even one extra leave, he is destroying the mental health of all employees, just bcos he is close and in direct contact with the director, he thinks he will never be fired and he does and takes disadvantage of his position.eiter he should be fired or arrested immediately for harassing us, or he should be warned to improve his bad behaviour. I hope this msg reaches the company director and she gets to know the reality of her so called faithful employee.

...e work. No silent place to sit & work. terrible noise of other people in office. no tax exemption, useless deductions such as gratuity, insurance from employees salary. No allowance for work related travel. Leaves does not carry forward. So if you are taking more than 2 leaves in a month, LOP will be applied and salary will be deducted. leave policies is worst and not at all as promised during joining. Whatever was promised during joining is not at all true. The worlds slowest appraisal process, minimu 2 to 3 yrs wait before getting any appraisal.

...n we need them most they didn’t care after I work 10years continues of work.They give salary hike and other benefits to there own people only.They won’t give leaves to go home.They just want employees to work like a labor.Management interaction with employees is very bad. I have no other option that’s why I left the company. Now I am jobless because of this company.

Company vision & courses are good.

Dislikes

Worst politics at Regional office level, No support from HR though you raise any issues related to integrity as they are also part of it. People sitting in the top positions don't even want to know the facts. Cast base support & buttering people will survive here even if you don't work. But for people who don't do chamchagiri will be targeted though you work hard for the development of the branch. Few people are dominating the RO by establishing there own people to know what's happening & to do false propaganda if they wanted to target someone & Top position people also fall prey in that. Management doesn't know about this & people at Regional level are unitedly playing games & looting to company's money.
