Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

...last 1 month I'm getting training a lot related to products, system, proces etc. ICICI is also providing handsome salary even if you are no experience in banking but experience in sales and business development with MBA degree. It's a very good platform if you are looking to work with MNCs.

Dislikes

If you are stick with working hours and want to work 9 to 6 in office hours, then it's not a right place for you.

On the job training is not given to the new joinees, lot of politics, salary pay is less, no growth and career opportunities for future, even the female manager does not concern your request for any issue.

...pt corporate politics and partial rating system, other policies are good enough. you would feel satisfaction from your job if you are satisfied with your existing salary and don't expect promotion or rating from your seniors.

Dislikes

I found that there were three criteria of growth in this organisation. 1. Buttering goody goody stuffs to your bosses and never say no to your boss. 2. Get achieve your target more than 100% so that your boss can not even criticize you even after he or she willing to do so. 3. If you are girl, all promotions and rating lies in between your legs.

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.

Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions.
