Salary is on time. Manageable workload

The manager mallesh is such a creep, not at all safe for women, he looks at women with bad eyes, he forces women to travel on bikes for work related travels, does not gives us our travel allowances, tortures team members, does not grants leaves and applies loss of pay if we take even one extra leave, he is destroying the mental health of all employees, just bcos he is close and in direct contact with the director, he thinks he will never be fired and he does and takes disadvantage of his position.eiter he should be fired or arrested immediately for harassing us, or he should be warned to improve his bad behaviour.
