The team and managers are pretty encouraging and very welcoming to the newly joined employees. My manager in particular encouraged me and supported me in anything and everything I did.

Dislikes

...gies and it's difficult to switch to other projects that use newer technologies. And there isn't much increase in pay for some employees.

Good salary but totally client based job. If you are not in project then HR will say you to regin within a month or two months. Most of the internal interviews are Fake. It's better to try for another company instead internal.

Only for salary. Don't believe all the things while interview they asked me spring boot microservices and assigned 20 years before servlet jsp legacy project . Be ready for legacy because here more than 80% projects are legacy. If you want join check with project and previous employees. Don't believe HR and managers they will tell all lies and unprofessional.

Salary credited on time. 2 appraisal in a year is good though the hike is low

Too much focus on unnecessary things for promotion. Lot of manual tracking of work. Also other benefits provided by the company is very low. Even the health insurance has a copay of 20% and does not includes parents as dependents

...any culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

Dislikes

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.
