well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.

They will pay you gud salary to join, once u join then it's end of your happy days.

Worst company, no rules nothing, worst project managers who are non technical, God knows how they got selected. 0 common sense No job guarantee. HR are for name sake. No organisation structure. Ur carrier is in risk if u join this organisation. They will hire you for.one technology and assign u a project with different technology. They are not sure what they want. Just imagine ur future.

Less salary/package if you stay here longer time. People newly joining will get more salary than you. Valuelabs should work on salary normalisation for dedicated and loyal employees.

As a fresher Valuelabs is the good place to learn advanced technologies. Compensation and benefits are good. If you really need technology with money then it's good place but No Job security and work life balance is not maintained due to false commitments to clients.

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. NOTE: IF YOU ARE SINGLE EARNER IN YOUR FAMILY DONT EVEN THINK OF JOIN THIS COMPANY WHICH DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING SALARY ON MONTHLY BASIS.
