Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Intune Management: Manage and deploy configurations, including policies, profiles, and scripts. Create and deploy application packages to ensure seamless user experience. Develop and implement remediation scripts to resolve common issues. 2. Identity and Access Management: Design, implement, and manage EntraID and on-prem Active Directory environments. Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services. 3. Microsoft 365 and Azure Services: Provide intermediate-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking. 4. Network and Security: Troubleshoot standard networking issues, including TCP protocols, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies. Implement zero-trust architecture and Conditional Access policies. 5. Patch Management: Develop and implement patch management strategies using Patch My PC (nice to have). 6. Mac OSX Management: Manage and support Mac OSX environments (nice to have). 7. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall user experience.

Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration. Advanced experience with Intune, EntraID, and Active Directory. Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Intermediate experience with Windows Server 2016-2022. Standard networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience. Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Nice to have: Patch My PC and Mac OSX management experience.
