compensation needs to be relooked at. only if you are leaving ,management will decide to give you compensation at par with industry.but we have a bi annual appraisal which is good

Work Life Balance was good. Compensation was good. The provide free food to employees, probably a selling point for bachelors trying to save money.

Dislikes

Work culture isn't great. Yes Sir culture prevails. No perks, bad health benefits. Work is mostly on dated technologies. Very little to no scope to learn.

Valuelabs works according to the core ethics of the company. There is good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Job Security and compensation are the factors which concerned little bit. Also company needs to work to improve travel opportunity.

Salary credited on time. 2 appraisal in a year is good though the hike is low

Dislikes

Too much focus on unnecessary things for promotion. Lot of manual tracking of work. Also other benefits provided by the company is very low. Even the health insurance has a copay of 20% and does not includes parents as dependents

...any culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

Dislikes

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.
