company culture, job security, immediate replacement of further job, most important thing is salary will be credited in time like exact 31st or 30th of month end. but salary is very lesser than other companies when it compares to another company CTC..

appraisal & promotions, they're didn't offered any kind of skill development, learning about daily bases courses and all, if they offered to give any opportunity for learning means will do our best and took good opportunities from other companies.

No coperative staff , we have invest our time and energy but they didn't consider....1star also not suitable.. we have to work on weekend also...

Salary on time ONLY. Rest of the thing worse than BAD. Period.

Unprofessional, Careless, Unsupportive, Unresponsive, YES SIR/MADAM to Clients. People will kneel to the clients whether it is understandable query or unreasonable query for them. Hope you get the gist of it. FORGET about Hike/Appraisals being done yearly basis, they would do whenever they would please. Mine was done after 4 years. I'd have left them but COVID happened.

...been working at client office. Moreover, staff & teammates are very cooperative. Only for salary appraisal point of view I am disappointed might be Domestic project is the reason behind this.

as i was SPOC at the location and i have to deal system related issue with infosys and to help govt employees for their technical issues, over all i learn alot with infosys and govt officers.

company does not careing about the employee whether you give your 100%. i have been worked for approx 2 year but i dont get salary increament which is so bad for employees intrest about the job . company left you because they got recruited new freshers at lower salary than you.
