they did not give last month's salary. when I resigned, they asked me to leave without notice and hold my salary for the last month. They even attract employees and use the wrong words for communication. I loosed my approx 1.5 lakh here. Don't join this company

The work pace is good because of manageable nature of the projects

Dislikes

The projects are short termed, there are whims of management at times, which is frustrating. Overall work culture is not proper as there is a lot of micromanagement

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
