V-guard company is vey good I have always enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. All the products of v-guard are good and the retailer is also happy to sell these products because the product quality is well made.

... for paying the asked salary for people who are recruited from other companies. CTC is a mith, variable pay is included in the CTC so that no one will receive the full amount of variable pay. Employees working on similar projects will be having different pay level which even cannot be compared HR is good for nothing.

Facing difficulty to increase / revise the salary of old staff above a normal limit. But no limitation to fix salary for newly hiring one.

I have been working in V guard service center (AMBEY ENTERPRISES PATNA) for almost 4 years but I have never received salary on time nor have I received any facility like PF, ESI. It is a very bad company and does nothing for its service technicians.

Variable pay is just a bluff. Do not believe on HR words at the time of joining as they did it zero in FY 22-23. Also some heads are only bosses not leaders. They will shout on you in front of everyone and treat you like a slave.
