The best part of the company is V-guard's Culture & ethics. Apart from that Leadership team is also very supportive.

Dislikes

As such, there is no dislike. But, according to me, we need to do more investment towards the L&D of employees.

Only thing I like is no late working. Other than that there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. No recognition. Very rate promotion. They deduct 15% as variable pay but never pay. Annual Salary hike only in single digits below 7%. Promotion is a dream. There are people working for 15 years without promotion. Only local people stay here as there is no career growth. They don't upgrade to use new technology butver happy to face issues and continue to use very old methodology. If you don't co-op, you will for sure get mentally disturbed....Read More
