It has good client base. if lucky you can be absorbed by the client. But this is only in case you are an Engineer. Other fields have hard time.

There is no proper promotions been given. Promotion runs on favoritism. Salary not competitive with the current market. And when asked for increment the result is they remove you from the job for no specified reason. Only if you are an Engineer you can progress very well in UST when hired on Contract.

... work in 3rd party so your career growth and opportunities will be very limited. Compensation and benefits not there like shift allowance. And you get project. No work life balance as you get to work official 10 hrs

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.
