Rules about hike and promotion will change every year. Salary structure is not accordance with designation so new joiners might get more package than existing employees. The offer is according to the demand.

Policies keeps on changing. Not too stable with tranformations. Salary perspect is on lower side to other companies.

Appraisals are less comparatively and the salary hike and bonus are quite less every year.

Compensation is really bad sometimes nothing, no growth. the work pressure is very very high. so much of internal politics. Managers do not value any individuals.no proper appraisals. no proper job training.

...mployees do the same. I dont think any company lets you stay as long as they do. If you can compromise on salary, you may not need to shift anywhere.

... tactics or dirty political moves if not careful or meet wrong manager or HR. Company is more than happy give any kind of opportunity but without a corresponding salary. You may not even get a percentage of increase. No matter what you contribution or role is your salary will similar to someone with similar role or designation and have to fight a lot to get little higher which can be far from any standard pay outside. New joiner may get more salary than existing employees. Employee friendliness might be cause of poorly managered housing keeping or vendor staff. This was biggest begative i found compared to other companies. Most are not even close to professional compared to other companies. They are allowed be too laid back even dominant in industry.
