There is very poor company culture and job security. Company CEO is a dumb guy. Dont ask about salary/ promotions and appraisal. they wl give yearly 1 to 5 % hike. dont imagine more. all of sudden you wl get hike. I see many are still working for long term like me. Every year every month the firing s going on in this company. If your tagged to any customer project and revenue is generated due to you than your 100% safe. otherwise if you come to talent pool. max one month after that you will get HR call to put down your paper. I worked in this company 4 yrs. after that writing this review. Join this company with your own risk, if you have any other best offer join that company.

Overall Experiance in the company is good. We will have ample opportunity for skill devleopment and learning.

Policies keeps on changing. Not too stable with tranformations. Salary perspect is on lower side to other companies.

Nice , Vibrant culture. Its Trivandrum campus is beautiful and pleasant to work. Very cooperative and diverse colleagues. One of the best places to work in Trivandrum.

1. Salary hike and promotion process is not clear. 2. Manager feedbacks are not good. 3. Onsite treats offshore as some kind of cheap labours. Not much good innovative projects.

Likes

I like work culture and they treat all the employees equally. I worked for around 13 years they have never done micro management and they are always ready hear ideas you have whether small or big. Very Transparent.

Dislikes

Asusual like every company does, they also pay high for bringing in external hires. But, if person with same expertise in the company will not get the pay what external hire is getting. Some process should be in place to normalize this kind of scenarios.
