Varibale pay component is very bad And kerela is good But projects are mostly rich and standard projects only nice to growth Cross skills external trainers will be provided in webex sessions

The only thing good about this company is it has a very good sports culture and other curricular activities. Quarterly Outing and Goodies distribution.

Dislikes

Bad compensation. Salary hike is less then 5% for 99.5% employees. Most of the time it becomes stressful work wise when you are deployed at client side.

The views differ from project to project in the company. My project was a stable financial project, hence, there was very little pressure on my work. It was an application maintenance project and hence, development was mainly on enhancement of the client's project. I could balance my work and personal life. Although the project was using older technologies, the architects in the project promoted the use of the latest technologies in the innovations we presented to the client, thereby, we were well acquainted with the market needs. Appraisal acts are par with other companies nothing special.

Dislikes

Career growth vice, the company is poor. As there are no specific band and salary guidelines, even if you get the promotion, it doesn't affect your salary. The hike is pathetic.

...nly for Kerala residents. No other states individual should join that company. Salary was promising. They pay whatever would have been agreed during joining.

Dislikes

The company culture is good only for Kerala people. It's really difficult for a non keralide to survive/growth. There will be frequent ups and downs. And you might be thrown out of the company (first target is non keralides).

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
