Work life balance was good. Job security was less, till from my date of joining my project was under rampdown. Internally bits hard to move for another role inside UST. Hike- very very less. May be you get 800 rs.

Very very very very less hike. Some time no hike. Ask as much as you can while joining after that don't tink about hike.
