Worst company , No hike , They are variable pay chor , they will told you that you will get variable pay after 6 months but in docs the have written that you will get after 8 th months. If you complete 6 months and 7 th or 8th or 9th months then they will not give you variable , Force employees to put paper else we will fire and your carrier will spoil. If you put paper they will not allow you to serve notice if you re on bench . If you are on bench then they will send you nth no. Mails that you are not serving company & action will be taken . They will ask to to change locations without proper notice. It's way of harassment so that people can put down the paper

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

...e leadership in some of the projects No one-on-one discussion during appraisal Minimalist salary hike Short term projects which doesn't allow to settle down and creates unnecessary panic They do not have any projects of their own and basically just do outsourcing If you are lucky you might land up with good client and work longer They do not have good bench strength. You are always in trouble sitting out of the project (on bench) even for a month. You might be asked to look for the opportunity outside any day.
