Major dislikes includes salary benefits, frequent pushing for people on PIP,no designed KRAs for teams and internal politics leading to discomfort overall. Also value propositions for external customers is low and task in hand is more towards short term goal of collecting advance from users.

You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . As someone who has worked across multiple organizations

The work profile was upto the expectation and colleagues are helpful. There is good scope for learning and skill development.

Dislikes

...Managers don’t have time. Keep harassing students and employees for referrals. Salary is less and no increment.

Well it is an desk job so it is quite easy also and not so hectic just like a sales here it need a calm and patience person to be as you need to listen the customer problem poperly and need to provide them a resolutions.

...g.no job security,no professional growth.Run their business by scamming people.The walpaper on employee screen says: sorry no gurantee to leaners , no gurantee to jobs, no gurantee to salary increments,No gurantee to loans .Misselling to learners violates our commitment integrity.It is illegal! But what they do is pure scamming
