I have been with upGrad from its starting days. It was a good organisation but soon after a dominating and manipulative lobby came into picture to make it one upGrad, actually did break it. All the culture started becoming stale. All the senior employees in HR team got replaced by the sidekicks of the head HR from previous organisation and frnds of friends. Poor leadership led to lot of attrition and lack of in-detail due delegance led to loss. People having work experience in Salon and non relevant job experience got hired on senior positions just because they are friends of friends of the authority in power. Abuse, insult, favouring are now new practices prevailing in the organisation. Suicides, mental harrassment is on peak. Putting money in the mouth of media is their damage control system. They even have budgets for Glassdoor reviews. People working in salons now on higher position always are on work from home but expect others to be in office 24×7 Just because they have liberty being the relative of authority in power. Job security is a matter of concern here.Even good performers are not spared by the organisation. Do not expect a hike. Everytime they are in loses acc to the managers. But you can get it in middle of the year if you are able to make the head authority in power happy by other means. Wait and watch if that person in focus will remain be there in the company for long,this company will be the next Byjus.

...g.no job security,no professional growth.Run their business by scamming people.The walpaper on employee screen says: sorry no gurantee to leaners , no gurantee to jobs, no gurantee to salary increments,No gurantee to loans .Misselling to learners violates our commitment integrity.It is illegal! But what they do is pure scamming

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.

Worst work culture managers will treat their employees like sleaves they àsk to extend they work till 9.30pm and also ask to work on holidays and Sundays too i never recommend anyone to join this company
