After sometime no work life balance is there alot of cost cutting suddenly at end started giving lot of pressures

Over all it was good. The training was good, salary and incentive are better than many company.

Dislikes

Management Timing ( you have to work after shift end) The senior manager Varun sharma he does nothing and assigned to give lecture rather than helping his team. I don't see any efforts from his side for the company he goes for smoke break every hour, sit, eat & chill.

Likes

Everything about the company is good. For example: 1. Salary is very competitive. 2. Working structure is good 3. training session for learning skills development is big plus point (only for those who stays in company for more than 6 months).

Dislikes

Negative side is sales pressure. When sales target isn't met you have to work till midnight also just to meet the deadline. but I think at certain point we have to do as sales target is more important to achieve in sales field. But still they need to be flexible with employee.

Only the salary..go for this company if you just want to earn money nd don't give a &₹#& about your mental health. Plus if you're a girl who is above average looks wise.. it's not a safe place to work..i left the company bcuz of that..

Dislikes

Every single thing... 1. You won't feel safe as a girl. 2. Work load is so bad.. they'll stop you from going to loo to even your lunch time. 3. They'll keep a watch on who is leaving their seats nd when and then they'll put ur name in the common grp to come nd meet him to explain why you left your seat. 4. No work life balance 9am to 8-8:30 is normal..ussey niche if you're leaving they'll torture you next day nd in the group as well. Just don't join I've been there leaving my own stream to join edtech bcuz of good money but trust me it's not worth poor mental health and panic attack plus bonus for girls the manager choose you based on your photographs that ye wali meri...nd then that perv will make your life hell along with all the other things mentioned above. Be kind to yourself and join your own stream it's not worth it.

Nice Work, Great salary, Good Facilities in the office & attractive incentives on every sales

Dislikes

1. Work load is high 2. job timing need to fixed ( as many time had to stay at office till 10-11 pm in night) 3. Need to apply incentive policy for those who are on notice period
