People are good cooperative as Bank rise upon the merger of PMC so lots of old staff is there but overall Bank work culture, Work life Balance is good

Banks Grading and Salary slab ok ok, Lack of transparency by HR

Bank was good before imposition of directives under 35A by RBI. Work life balance was also good. But now they have terminated all the Management Trainees from the Bank without any prior notice on 31st August 2020 citing bank's severe financial condition due to directives under 35A imposed by RBI.

Low Pay. Slow growth and long trainee period.

I am learning about various banking products basically i am working in loan section where i am handling various various loans from processing to disbursing

Compensation is good but growth is slow.i always wanted to work withI reputed bank training is provided by bank, but salary i was getting is very low as per my work.

Not really a dislike but should have increased the Salary Bars as per market standards. We can get good talent present in the market.

New members of Unity are highly professional and MNC cultural. Working Saturday they are providing half day on a shift basis and for Mon to Fri it is 9:30 - 6:00 for staff and 10:00 to 5:00 for customers (8 1/2 hrs)

Dislikes

As a part of PMC family we are getting 2 years back salary and will be continuing for 3 years if not doing business targets. If anyone wants to join Unity pls join after 2-3 months later because there are too much of crowds coming into branch for DICGC claim. There are only pass on work is there from Sr Executive staffs. Staffs are very less and due to which work burden is very high
