Almost everything except learning. Roles are not defined properly. Salary revisions will not happen. More visibility for NIT people only. Seniors are not considered. No outings. No hikes. Work culture is very bad.

Less pay and benefits, Huge compensation disparity (person with 1 year of exp. can have the same salary as another one is getting at 11 years of experience for same role/responsibilities). Difficult to get promotion. Promotion only happens if you put down your resignation or if you're favourite of some leadership personal.

The company provides excellent learning opportunities, have lots of courses and scope of learning. You will get to work with multiple teams and get more insights.

Dislikes

The salary increments are not very great and sometimes even biased too.

Employees engagement events are awesome but company reduce other activities due to cost saving.

Dislikes

Political culture, salary, cost cutting, No promotions and hike for hard working employees. You only promoted if you are fav employee and only favourite employees get promoted and get good salary hike.
