The organization offers good benefits and salary structure.

You can switch technology and can learn

Dislikes

Almost everything except learning. Roles are not defined properly. Salary revisions will not happen. More visibility for NIT people only. Seniors are not considered. No outings. No hikes. Work culture is very bad.

Less pay and benefits, Huge compensation disparity (person with 1 year of exp. can have the same salary as another one is getting at 11 years of experience for same role/responsibilities). Difficult to get promotion. Promotion only happens if you put down your resignation or if you're favourite of some leadership personal.

Toxic culture and leadership is not supportive

Dislikes

Variable pay never given to employees saying you are already on high comp ratio so given to others in the team. Lost huge Bonus due to this every year. No Stock option for below director level.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
