... One man show. Only one man takes decisions on be half of chaparasi to director. They don't pay salary on time, they don't pay PF (but deduct from emp salary), don't pay tax to government (but deduct from emp salary, don't pay the GST paid by the clients. All in all they cheat employees, govt, client's. In spite of many complaints by the previous employees (for not paying Tax & PF) they are able to sustain. Looks like they it's hand in glow with these govt. Authorities. Most importantly they cheat every client's, they struggle to deliver smallest of projects as they don't have proper resources. My suggestion to all the job aspirants don't join this company, you will end up spoiling your career and suggestion to client is don't engage them, as they are good for nothing.

One and only positive point is job opportunity is provided for freshers. It is difficult to get job on SAP as a fresher. Projects/supports are running only because of interest in learning for consultants, management has 0% contribution.

Salary date 7th to 20th when ever they wish to give 15.If HR director sends you a message you have to reply within 5-10 min or else you will receive a call saying you are that busy cannot even reply me. If you send a message requesting for appraisal to HR director you won't get reply for months. If you send a msg again for follow up reply will be "you people cannot come on time, cannot take initiative to any of the events etc etc but sends reminder for appraisal" 16. Practice director wants you to work on all modules irrespective of or other than the modules you were trained and certified 17. If you are a Project lead and if your team member didn't do any work then PL has to do it whether PL know or does not know that won't matter 18. Once you leave company you are not allowed to call to HRs or visit office for any document related things. You should take appointment from HR director but you won't get any response for any of your msgs, calls and mails. But you have to ask her before visiting her. 19. Quarterly feedbacks are taken where the same details about you your family is asked, and whatever the feedback you provide will never be considered(mainly salary related). 20. You can be a TL, PL, DL manager with 10 K salary per month. If any PL or TL ( 2-3 yrs experienced is the highest) resigns and you are the senior with 8-10-12 months experience you are the PL

There is nothing which I'm able to say that I like about unisoft global services.

...bound. If you will break that then you have to give 3 lakh rupee to company. 2. Salary will be like 15000/- in that they will cut PF and ESI amount so after all cut you will get 12000/- in hand. But your PF and ESI amount will not deposit in your PFand ESI account. 3. If you will asked about your PF amount then suddenly you are a bad employee. 4. Salary hike will be.... Just skip this point. Because you will not get any salary hike if you are under bound. 5. Your work life and person life balance is zero. 6. Management is like we don't care about your personal issues we are giving you a big 12000/- per month you have to work like a robot. 7. Company policy inspired like we are living before 1947 give less and take more. 8. From 1st day they will asked you to manage client with one day experience. 9. HR will do everything instead of need to do HR work. 10. They will take feedback from you but never be implement. 11. Policies are not clear and based on situation it will change and always favore to company only. 12. DL is like if you want leave take it but you have to work all day. I mean then why are you approving leave. 13. WFH policy is not clear. 14. One day suddenly they will informed that you are new PL from now onwards. Whether your experience is one day orr one month. 15. In project you have to give 100℅ as per your ability because from management you will get 0% of help.

...r filling up details on Appraisal Application further no action is been taken 4. Laptop was damaged and repair is done but I have no money due to No salary which is directly impacted with no work of FSCI project. 5. Project Expenses is not reimbursed yet
