Likes

It's good for freshers who want to build their careers in SAP. There would be a lot of training for Freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lack of Job satisfaction, Hierarchical organization structure, or too bossy culture. They need to streamline a few things which is necessary for employee mental health. PF and salary though you don't ask I don't know for how many people they have not given.
