...- partnering with organizational to achieved set reiteration goal performance Salary / Appraisal :- salary every month & On time to employees & as well as appraisal also do it in facilitate year financial Year for employees Travels :- as per the production planned shift scheduled pick & drops bus facilitates available for each & every employees Policies :- lot of employee friends policies and initiative from HR department & many cultures event are organised by HR and celebrate Politics :- in the Process and behavior in human interaction involving power and authority it is the use of power and social networking within an origination to achieved changing that befits the origination or individuals within it cultures:- my company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivation appropriated for the effort Infrastructures:- nice and hung building and all necessary equipment will organised plat layout as per the factory norms with safety arrangement in built medical facility's And annual medical checkup etc.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths which late into the take back my suggestion most of the time i do receive appreciation email & phone call from costumer but they mostly go unnoticed during my mind -year appraisals also there is no no job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime

The company is well and good for those who are knowledge enhancing person. Person can learn important segmets related to manufacturing and production. And the company come up with well organized production methods and advanced machineries provides better privilege to stand out different and unique.

Dislikes

Working hours is most disadvantageous issue. They implanted 12 hours of working, specifically for those who are at contract basis or third party pay role and goes same for some of the on roll staff also. As far as my concern, 12 hours of continuous work is always frustrating. In spite of that, some superiors seems more dominating and rough.
