Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths which late into the take back my suggestion most of the time i do receive appreciation email & phone call from costumer but they mostly go unnoticed during my mind -year appraisals also there is no no job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime...Read More

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire production activity plant maintenance,project life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation .as long time work with ultra it will be great learning experience
