The company is well and good for those who are knowledge enhancing person. Person can learn important segmets related to manufacturing and production. And the company come up with well organized production methods and advanced machineries provides better privilege to stand out different and unique.

Dislikes

Working hours is most disadvantageous issue. They implanted 12 hours of working, specifically for those who are at contract basis or third party pay role and goes same for some of the on roll staff also. As far as my concern, 12 hours of continuous work is always frustrating. In spite of that, some superiors seems more dominating and rough.

Work Details

I was operator of Computerised Numerical Controll(CNC) Milling Machine and performed machining process on the workpiece efficiently and maintain the production rate by the means of CNC Milling machine, reflexively.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
