The management staff here is very good, there is full support of seniors. There are many benefits which I cannot describe in my words, thank you.

Doing politics, causing loss to the company, not paying attention to all the employees, giving the best increment and promotion to those who make changes.

Nothing is likable expect on time salary...No job security, no cooperative people, worst culture & create trouble to new joines,even he joined as Manager or Assistant Manager designation.

Dislikes

1- Stupid people don't understand that in Water Utilities, nobody can't save big budget monthly. 2- Lack of Learning & Development. 3- No Technical Official for Water Utilities. 4- Horrible political environment. 5- Manager or Assistant Manager has no independent authority. 6- Assistant Operator to Manager all are reporting to HOD only. 7- No proper HR policies and HR personnel. 8- All are working as 2 step down designation but in document it's pretty good.

Good career Growth,smooth working environment,huge scope learning about high Technology Equipment with adopting morden tech.

Dislikes

Duty time limitation specially maintenance & Production deptt. was not there no other compensation for extra hrs duty.

... Ham 12 hours duty bhi kare aor khana bhi bana ke laaye.. Ye kesa nyay hai... Salary growth bhi ab thik nhi rha.. Uflex me career bekaar sa lagne laga hai... Last me ek baat kahna chahunga ki over time sabka same kare ya phir duty 8 hours kare... & canteen pe uflex thoda dhyan de to employee ke liye kuchh thik hoga...
