Company has good culture if you are working with Plants like Chemical or Films. It has learning culture, C&B is good because there are no variable pay.

Dislikes

Work life balance is in poor state due to 6 days week and non flexible working hours.

Its the best company for everyone to work with but sometimes it depends upon person to person.. No company is bad but the people in that organization makes it bad. For me its the best company in all aspects.

Nothing everything is good. Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k

It is good company and about job security is depends on your immediate manager. What is expectations from you and your performance both depends on your job security. From last 4 years March salary is include increment part. Salary is on time every 30th every month.

Salary growth very less.

👍👍👍Uflex Ltd is an international company, here I get to learn new things. Salary comes on time, promotion and increment happens on time, Uflex Ltd is a learning academy. The management staff here is very good, there is full support of seniors. There are many benefits which I cannot describe in my words, thank you.

Every person is always in search of something better, I am also in search of something even better. Power, money, position are very important in life
