No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

Dislikes

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.

Nothing Just spoil my career in this company From 2012 to Till present the company says it is startup company and just Raising fund nothing eles they will not pay for your work also Actually All should be mentioned in Dislike category But ther was limitation so I write all dislike in Like section because Ufaber is totally Dislike they don't have any Thing that should be writen in Like Section.

Everything that happens is Dislikes for me No work culture, No humanity, No Timely Salary, They are Devil 😈 😈 Don't Believe them the Will Fire 🔥 you at any Moment. I will pray to god that plz God Help to our Young generation so that they do not join this company and God Please Accept my Wish That this company should Close soon Some people are in Management Team they will come to know Power of Employee's

Having to pay for small things like tea, coffee, snacks, biscuits, etc which were stocked in the kitchen's shelf regularly for free of cost at my previous organisation

...y will hire you for the 10% of your sales that's mean as Agent not as employee . They don't provide FNF ( Aaj taak kisi employee ka FNF nai hua hai ) and if you resign before the salary they will hold your salary .

Dislikes

I worked in this company for the 1.5 years and they hold my incentives more than 2 lacs and also hold my 2 month salary . They will make salary whatever they want .
