The company would push you to your limits but that's what makes you learn new things. If you are looking for a relaxed job, it's not for you. The managers and heads are very supportive and if you are performing, you get everything that you can ask for.

One of the worst company . Actually you can't say company . It general shop where everyday Policy will be change . They do fraud with clients and Employee . They will hire you for the 10% of your sales that's mean as Agent not as employee . They don't provide FNF ( Aaj taak kisi employee ka FNF nai hua hai ) and if you resign before the salary they will hold your salary .

I worked in this company for the 1.5 years and they hold my incentives more than 2 lacs and also hold my 2 month salary . They will make salary whatever they want .

*Avoid uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd at All Costs - A Complete Scam* My experience working at uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd. has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company outright lies about its working hours. Despite the offer letter sating a 10.30 am to 7.30 pm schedule, I was forced to work for 11-12 hours just to meet unrealistic targets. If I didn't hit the targets, I was marked absent for the whole day, regardless of the efforts or hours I put in. This is unfair and exploitative. The leads are a joke - Unresponsive and Low-quality, making it virtually impossible to do your job. There's zero regard for work-life balance. What' worse? They didn't even pay me my salary! And I'm not the only one. Many trainer have also been left unpaid, which is utterly shameful. Even students who have paid for services aren't receiving them and when I brought this up to management, I was told to ignore it and keep working. This company is an absolute scam.
