The working environment in Ufaber Edutech is friendly and professional at the same time. There are deadlines but no rush, there's a healthy competition between the employees. The pay is good and not delayed. I had a wonderful experience with Ufaber Edutech.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Salaries are not on time. Don't give you promotion or skip it by saying your performance is down. Even don't give you your bonus which they committed in the starting of job in offer letter. After leaving the job FnF will not be clear from there end. They want you to send the company laptop back and Clear all dues but never settle your FnF. I can say that if you have another offer or not don't join uFaber at all. Work life balance is worst and even your manager is not helping you in terms of any type of support. In my case even my manager don't know how to code big problems and even don't use any type of data structures and algorithms in code base. And if you are software engineer you have to deal with the worst codebase. Its like someone write the code to annoy you. I request you all please don't join uFaber at any cost even if your package is in 10 of millions too....Read More
