*Avoid uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd at All Costs - A Complete Scam* My experience working at uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd. has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company outright lies about its working hours. Despite the offer letter sating a 10.30 am to 7.30 pm schedule, I was forced to work for 11-12 hours just to meet unrealistic targets. If I didn't hit the targets, I was marked absent for the whole day, regardless of the efforts or hours I put in. This is unfair and exploitative. The leads are a joke - Unresponsive and Low-quality, making it virtually impossible to do your job. There's zero regard for work-life balance. What' worse? They didn't even pay me my salary! And I'm not the only one. Many trainer have also been left unpaid, which is utterly shameful. Even students who have paid for services aren't receiving them and when I brought this up to management, I was told to ignore it and keep working. This company is an absolute scam. Work pressure is high but it's normal when you are working in sales profile you have Target to achieve if you are giving benifit to company then company will rewards and opportunities, All company wants to grow if you are giving better revenue to company they will give you flexiblity

Work here at your own risk! ;) There is negligible work life balance. You will be asked to work for 10-11 hrs a day.

Work Culture is pathetic. Incentives are given after 2-3 months. You never get replies from the administration. i.e. accounts,HR etc.

The product is very good. There are some areas where improvement is needed but overall product is very easy to sell and simple.

The company is majorly lagging in setting up a culture. There’s no permanent process even after 7-8 years in market. Every 3 months they will change the entire process and still will expect from you to give the same results. HR management is the biggest reason of dissatisfaction. They don’t give salaries on time. Pathetic attendance policy which is reason of huge cuts in salary. No time to time appraisals. No proper hierarchy. I worked for almost two years and was one of the top performers in system, still there was no growth. Initially salary used to come between 8 to 10 of every month later 11th then 12th or sometimes even 13th or 14th of the month. You will literally receive your incentives after 3-4 months and when you ask them the reason they give you reason that they need time to calculate the amounts.
