The Job is secure, however the work culture is quite awful since the most of the work and target is dumped on the employee who shows initiative. The HR policies are improving but but are still not employee friendly. The employees didn't receive a single penny during the COVID pandemic even though we worked during the entire lock down period.

The best part is the wide range of people working with different age group. The cooperation and support you get from teammates is very good. Job security is also a bonus point one can work stress-free. Scope of learning is very high due to staff crisis. Work life balance is also a positive factor as the company encourages employees to cater to family needs, for getting back better results from the employee. Continuous on job training as well as conventional training is given on timely basis for better knowledge transfer.

The compensation is only drawback when you compare to work load you are handling. But if job satisfaction is what one wants this is one of the good place to work.
