Being a nationalised bank the job security is immense. Work culture has improved over the last few years. The management should look into the matters of recruitment. I feel the Bank is understaffed.

I have worked in various capacities and in various fields. From Branch banking to marketing. From secretarial job to Head Office, HRM. Got immense help from the seniors and lots of cooperation from the juniors. I enjoyed my journey thoroughly.

Team mates are good. Job security is there. Scope of Career growth is sound.Salary is equal to other psbs. Politics is there but it is common to all industry. Learning scope is also good. Work environment is favourable. Innovation in some areas are excellent. Work life balance is very rare

A fantastic bank with all things it has except human bond,an unrational hrd ,some personal vendetta of few ones to deprive some people which harms not only the bank but also causes systematic erosion in banking values.
