Promotions are easy if you are good worker, no politics seen in my team.

...ng else. Even after working do not expect good hike and the bonus is negligible. Salary paid is below the market.

Credit suisse is good for career growth and salary is also good but people are very partial. Manager and other people never supports their employees. Very bad working environment.

People are partial, no work balance no care of employees.

...eveloped my skills. Proper feedback at regular intervals ensured I was on track. The compensation is as per industry standards.

The growth opportunities seemed limited, although I might not be able to comment from a company standpoint, atleast in my role, that was the case.

You get paid on time. Get to interact with people at different levels.

No emphasis on learning and development. Babu culture. Cost cutting in name of Savings by management with no benefits transferred to employees.

Growth opportunity. No transparency if promotion process. No parity in terms of salary or even same level of experience have drastic difference in designations. Change in management almost every 6 months. Continuously getting into negative news
