Work Life Balance - I worked in Data management operations team and only this team is not forced to work beyond shift timing. Folks from other teams in UBS were joining DMO only for this reason.

...mplementation of BOTs 3.DMO leadership is pathetic. Cant elaborate on this here. Join UBS only for salary package and if you do not have self-respect.

Lobbying at line management level, new joiners don’t feel welcomed, reporting to external vendors in the name of agile, blocking opportunities for team and supporting only the people who butter them, misuse of power at line management level

UBS is great company to work for, salary structure is good along with quarterly kudos points. For promotion you need to do lots of office politics and boot linking Rest a perfect company to work for.

If you are looking for an organisation that gives you flexibility and not a terrible work pressure, this is the company for you.

While entering this organisation try to negotiate for better position and salary, once you are in you should be very lucky to have growth in this organisation. Really poor in giving growth opportunities to its employees.

Transport is a big plus. You get cab for pick and drop.

Dislikes

1. Forget about salary hike in this company. For first year it will be around 1 or 2 percent. For subsequent, it will be around 5%. 2. Forget about promotion. There is no time limit and people wait for at least 5 or more year so they can be promoted . 3. People with no technical knowledge will hamper your timeline. 4. No HR interaction.
