This company culture is like that you have mortgaged yourself in the company. They have on board HR policies , leave policies and bla bla everything.. But in real life those are for policies in paper only. If you will ask for a leave they pretend like you have asked for your supervisor's property. They don't even bother that whether your facing any strategic issue in the field. My suggestion is that if you have any other option please don't join in this company.

This companies compensation structure is worst in the industry. Even after an year's full of work pressure and toughness they will give u appraisal of mare 3-9 %.

I've learnt many things during the work period. Salary and promotion is also good.

Very bad behaviour of senior employees, abusive language are used on junior employees which made me resign the company. And also destroyed my work career.

...own want to join TVS CREDIT in future don't join in less package take minimum 4.5 lakhs above because half of the salary goes in traveling.Lot of travel in the company.
