...career. Tudip empowers its employees to grow both personally and professionally. The pay scale is also good. For me, it's been a great journey. I met some people as my colleagues, I will be forever grateful to the CEO, CTO, and all my teammates who supported me throughout my journey, personally and professionally. Overall, I am proud to be working here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling career with a company that truly cares about its people, its customers, and the world around it.

Nothing. One of the most toxic company. Government should take action against these type of companies.

...xic. Harrasment by management and manager. They will make you work like a slave. Salary slips are given only on the completion of one year. They will not provide experience letter. They demand money with GST tax when you ask for experience letter. They will increase your notice period when you resign. If you don't give them money. They will fail your background verification.

...nt and the managers were all on the same page you cant even complain about it. You wont get your salary on time and by gods grace if you get your salary they will not share the salary slip if you ask them about the salary slip the answer will be that you will get your salary slip after one year which is pathetic they will not tell you this while giving you the offer letter. Next they will tell you that on every last Saturday of the month there is a kaizen day where social work is done but the fact is that they will make you work on that day and will not even pay for that extra day and if you don't attend there will be a loss of pay for that day.

You will waste your 2 years. - They have hire and fire policy. - Didn't pay last 2 month salary. - Didn't completed FNF anfter leaving company. - They never allow to change the project even if you want. - All the time seniors are force to work on sat - sun. - And you have to work for evey last sat.

- If you get good project it's your luck - But most of the time you have to face lots of issues. - Naver join this company they will naver think before terminating people. - They will give silly reasons like Performance issue even after 2 years of service (even after working for same project for 2 years). - They have hire and fire policy. - I'll never suggest this company to my close ones. - Only few people are happy in that company because they are good at buttring of top managment.
