...cularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. Overall, my experience at TTEC has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

100% job security unless you are unable to reach targets for more than 3/4 months.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Some of the Agents (same position) who joined with an experience of 1/2 years are getting more salary than the one who works in Ttec for more than 3/4 years.

Great work environment, Great opportunity to upskill and promotion but pay is a bit below average

Nothing to dislike . Its one of the best company I have ever work for. It's just my CTC is not compatible with my bills

...gle mistake there will be PIP (1 step close to getting fired from the company) - Salary is less according to job responsibilities - Manager will never get in touch with you no matter how severe your concern is - Team lead is just for conducting pre shift meetings (They don’t have any authority for other stuffs )

...d Opportunity not for Experienced. Transport and cafeteria facilities are good. Don't stay for longer years if you are expecting Good salary growth.

Salary increment are very poor/less on annual basis and even though if you got promotion through IJP from Agent to other roles, increment will be very less. They won't allow to take leaves for the teams (RTM/TL/Trainer/QA) other than Agents. No Allowence like Night shift for teams other than Agents.
