* Poor Hygiene: Furthermore, the Pune office exhibits a very poor hygiene quotient. The office starts to smell unpleasant by midnight, and the toilet stench is unbearable. The washrooms are in a deplorable condition, and there is a significant lack of proper cleaning staff. This has significantly impacted my overall experience at TruckX.
Based on these issues, particularly the significant shortcomings of the HR and management, TruckX is the worst company I've worked for."

They will ask you to perform additional duties which they would not consider when evaluating the performance and the HR will say thats not part of your job hence it wont be considered.

Everything in this organisation needs to be changed. The vision of the owner is not at all clear. No learning curves for the employees. Owner is never ever seen . Management has unclear goals. Talent pool is so poor that you won’t learn anything from your peer group. Extreme toxic work environment. Poor marketing strategies and campaigns. Extremely poor lead qualities. Management in itself has extreme politics. Senior management fights among themselves to have power in their hand. HR team is ridiculous. Director of the HR team is uselessly in attitude as if everything is to be run according to her. Unrealistic pay cuts done. Exploitative behaviour of HR team. Customer Support is also led by the same leadership who heads HR team. Poor support team. They never have the sync with the sales team and provides pathetic customer service. Head HR and Customer Support are in unnecessary spat with sales team though sales team is the one bringing revenue for the organisation. Owner and managing director are in complete control of this head HR and Support. They trust her blindly and she is bringing the company to their knees. Layoffs are common. Earlier they have ramped down two sales teams completely and started creating a new one. Experiences of this industry is useless. None of the companies in the market considers this company’s experience and don’t give that value to your experience. Never ever join this company even of they offer you. You will spoil your career.
This company is not a employee centric company. They doesn't give incentives which we have done through our hardwork. First they commit that they will reimburse internet bill. But later they denied.
HR is so rude even dont reply on emails.
Managements is so cheap they have to fill their pockets with money and their so called old team members which are supervisors or floor support. Even HR or Management dont have guts to have a word with the agent who is going to leave the company. Or they can take any feedback.
Overall it is not a good company to work with.
Bcoz there so called floor support will never let you take breath.
Politics Politics Poltics..cheap level politics. No work culture. Even the VP ( Aditya Rana) goes to cheap level to play politics with executives jobs and make sure to save his favourites who are few in numbers.
