...ne is doing work in there ego's , total lala cuture, zero professional approach.
Every one is trying to safe there job since of good salary no textile industry pay you life trident.
The organization works in a very unorganized way. There's no provision of yearly fixed increments, or performance based increments. In facts, increments that mostly occur are more of "lottery system" or "flattery system" based. The HR Team doesn't reflect any work ethics and doesn't provide a candidate with the best suited department. Non alignment of job role at Trident Group and previous education, work experience is the biggest set back of their HR Team.
I, being an Economics Graduate got into Trident through its yearly Takshaishila Program post which I was placed in New Material Development Department for Home Textiles where my role was to create material codes for the new developed product. This job required the in-depth knowledge of Textiles and is best suited for candidates with their B.Tech in Textile Engineering. I had a real hard time with literally fighting with the HR Team to place me in department which would best suit my profile,

Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.
Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self.
If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare.
Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head.
HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.
