There is nothing to be liked upon. The organisation is running a group of donkeys who are sitting at the top and know nothing. If this is the last organisation on earth, I would prefer to die than join Trident.

...nce No value for enployee who works honestly Huge politics by senior management Will exploit people on the promises of huge salary and will give nothing once a person joins 1000 pages will be less to write the dislikes. Never join this organisation if u want to be happy in life.

...ulture, Selfish management, Favouritism is preferred over nos. or track record, Higher level ppl gets constant promotion and recognition while the ppl at lower cadre have to bear everything for their salary. Pathetic work life balance.

They offer handsome package to freshers no matter they are from which background.

...e/guarantee. Salaries were always late and everything was unpredictable there i.e salary deduction, late reimbursement of expenses, unnecessary deductions, no increment/promotion to people who were disliked by management/ CEO. No value of degree/experience.

Almost everything from management to culture there is not even a single thing you would enjoy if you are a normal person. Its for abnormal people who can can be called retards..

If you like to work on lethargic environment everyone without learning but a good salary without any future prospects or security it is a good job.

It's like , a whole organisation works as per a single person's mood and gets fired when he has mood swings, here machines are more trustworthy and valuable than humans. If anyone can refer to slavery in the textile industry, you will experience morden slavery here. It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave
