Too much politics in departments or senior management level . Nobody help in any problem and nobody guide or helps One book of values who is never found till now and anything if you have done by mistake , its a value issue

Only Salary which always comes late and after so many approvals and so many data being shared for each employee

Poor work culture Chairman forces people to go on gemba- instead he goes on NH, Diwali etc to make people forced to come to plant and not celebrate with family Calls people in a group and then fires them without having any solid reason and explanation. Now making full and final for all the employees to force them to join on contract.

It was very good, but above shared characteristics score will elaborate. Two things are outstanding i.e., salary & benefits, Skill development and in rest require improvements.

... policy also a good employee orientation programme for all staff and karamayogi. If we talk about salary packages, company gives more than expectation, it is one of the best paying company. Also it's only company who believes in young leadership and gives ample chances to all to grow as a leader. During covid pandemic company supports employees by providing them advance salaries, work from home, free meals, free ppe kits and many more.
