Trident group is full of fraud company. They hire good people in the name of Takshashila program and people Trapped on high salary. Before joining, they will not tell you anything, once you join and then you will see all the rules and they will tell you like - 1) Personal SIM are not allowed.If you mistakenly took SIM card to your mobile it will take 2 months. 2) If there is duty in shifts before 1/2 hr will be come . Even 1 minute late will give 1/2 day salary deduction. 3) No work life balance policy. He will call you anytime even at 2 o'clock in the night. 3)you take only 2 CL in 3 months & apply Sl compulsory provided medical certificate. 4) In a month compulsory to work 23 days, Neglect weekly off. 5) There is time to come but there is no time to go. 6) If you have a desk job, you will not have to leave your desk and if you have site work, you will not have to sit. 7) There is no respect for employees. Chairman RG has Bitten & say abuse words. 8) Most important things for which people join, the salary received for first 3 months till 10th of month and then 15th to 25th. There is no fixed date. Now, whatever people are taking through *Taxashila* is just to show off to the government and to get employment subsidy from the government. And this is only a short term job of 6 months.

Everything else. Worse work culture No work life balance Life of production or any other Gemba staff is miserable. Poor Management Complete year working on structures No Proper releaving of employees Don't give releaving letters or experience letter. Whatever they provide is meaning less. Yess boss culture on most places.

No rewards to real heros.. Actual core staff is suffering with lack of resources and unnecessary boundations of so called policies.. No relevance of study experience and current role profile.. even mechanical person can work as dyeing manager, Dyeing manager will be forced to work in Spinning..

The organization works in a very unorganized way. There's no provision of yearly fixed increments, or performance based increments. In facts, increments that mostly occur are more of "lottery system" or "flattery system" based. The HR Team doesn't reflect any work ethics and doesn't provide a candidate with the best suited department. Non alignment of job role at Trident Group and previous education, work experience is the biggest set back of their HR Team. I, being an Economics Graduate got into Trident through its yearly Takshaishila Program post which I was placed in New Material Development Department for Home Textiles where my role was to create material codes for the new developed product. This job required the in-depth knowledge of Textiles and is best suited for candidates with their B.Tech in Textile Engineering. I had a real hard time with literally fighting with the HR Team to place me in department which would best suit my profile,
