There is very very minimal good, and for a fact i will not hide that. They give young people a chance and that's considerably but what happened to this young agile and vibrant talent? WASTE. If growth means a big pay cheque you can surely register.

...e of language ( abusive), making you feel worthless and small✓ Sadistic ✓ Late salary dispersal✓ Ego clashes ✓ Work life is a big joke✓ Useless reason to deduct salary✓ Work independence, no your manager or his manager will not approve ✓ Mental harassment ✓ And after all this when you decide to resign, the "notice period" (my condolences)✓ All i am saying its a good experience, if the management is scraped i hope it becomes a better place. All the best if you plan to sell your soul for money.

...rent methods 6s, TPM,SFCF,6 sigma. I love that i have worked in different deptt. The company gives high responsibility to fresher and new comers with handsome salary.

Very bad experience I got in my life. It's a very big mistake of my life. No disbursal of timely salary. Not employee friendly specially for male members. They treat you in a very inappropriate manners. No respect of your work not even matters how much you have done for the company. Your contribution comes to zero for them. No personal life at all.

No professionalism was there. They don't respect to anyone. No reasons for salary deduction. Hiring n firing both were at high rates.

If you like to work on lethargic environment everyone without learning but a good salary without any future prospects or security it is a good job.

It's like , a whole organisation works as per a single person's mood and gets fired when he has mood swings, here machines are more trustworthy and valuable than humans. If anyone can refer to slavery in the textile industry, you will experience morden slavery here. It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave

Trident group is full of fraud company. They hire good people in the name of Takshashila program and people Trapped on high salary. Before joining, they will not tell you anything, once you join and then you will see all the rules and they will tell you like - 1) Personal SIM are not allowed.If you mistakenly took SIM card to your mobile it will take 2 months. 2) If there is duty in shifts before 1/2 hr will be come . Even 1 minute late will give 1/2 day salary deduction. 3) No work life balance policy. He will call you anytime even at 2 o'clock in the night. 3)you take only 2 CL in 3 months & apply Sl compulsory provided medical certificate. 4) In a month compulsory to work 23 days, Neglect weekly off. 5) There is time to come but there is no time to go. 6) If you have a desk job, you will not have to leave your desk and if you have site work, you will not have to sit. 7) There is no respect for employees. Chairman RG has Bitten & say abuse words. 8) Most important things for which people join, the salary received for first 3 months till 10th of month and then 15th to 25th. There is no fixed date. Now, whatever people are taking through *Taxashila* is just to show off to the government and to get employment subsidy from the government. And this is only a short term job of 6 months
