Nobody will Threaten you for Extra Work & if you Don't Blow up The plant, then for No Reason you will be fired.

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.
